Financial aspects of pepper (Capsicum annuum L) production on family farms in Serbia

In the structure of agricultural production in Republic Serbia, crop is dominant, while share vegetables small (about 3.5%). According to research conducted by Institute for Application Science Agriculture during 2015-2019, one most profitable vegetable pepper production. The aim this paper investigate financial aspects (Capsicum annuum L) as common and assess its economic viability. following methods were used: survey, comparison, desk research, gross margin calculation sensitivity analysis. Sensitivity analysis showed that addition yield, price also has a great influence on amount margin. risk would be reduced if there "contracted production", which improve profitability sustainability
